Mō Tēnei Tūranga Mahi | About the Role

This position for a Payroll Administrator within the Payroll Team involves administration of our payroll system. 

As a Payroll Administrator you will be required to have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. A comprehensive understanding of New Zealand payroll legislation (holidays act 2023, Wages protection Act 1983 etc), as well as excellent verbal and written communications skills.

The appointing salary for this role will be between $62,471 up to $73,495 base salary (40 hours per week), dependent on skills and experience.

The Payroll Team is based in our Toi Ohomai | Te Pūkenga Tauranga Windermere Campus reporting to the Senior Payroll Administrator.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Minimum      of a level 1 certificate in NZ payroll legislation or currently studying      towards this
  • At      least two years’ work experience in a relevant field.
  • Sound      excel and word document experience. 
  • Importantly      you will be able to demonstrate strong alignment and commitment to our Toi      Ohomai Values.
