Toi Ohomai | Te Pūkenga is seeking an experienced academic to support our postgraduate management program as a Masters Supervisor. This role involves guiding Master’s students through their research projects, providing expert advice, and ensuring the successful completion of high-quality postgraduate research.

The Masters Supervisor Will:

  • Provide academic guidance and supervision for Master’s students throughout their research journey.
  • Assist students in developing research proposals, conducting literature reviews, and applying research methodologies.
  • Support students in data collection, analysis, and writing their dissertations.
  • Ensure research aligns with academic and ethical standards.
  • Provide regular feedback and support students towards timely completion.

He Kōrero Mōu | About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A postgraduate qualification (Master’s or PhD) in business, management, or a related field.
  • Research-active status with experience in supervising postgraduate students.
  • Strong understanding of qualitative and/or quantitative research methodologies.
  • Excellent academic writing and feedback skills.
  • Ability to support students remotely and work collaboratively with faculty.
