The Pathways Coordinator supports the delivery of learner pathway initiatives that connect rangatahi with education and future opportunities. Working closely with schools, kura, communities, and internal teams, this role coordinates secondary–tertiary pathway programmes, strengthens partnerships, and supports smooth transitions into tertiary education. As part of a collaborative team, you will help improve outcomes for youth by managing programme logistics, data, and reporting, while contributing to innovative engagement and communication approaches that are inclusive, responsive, and future‑focused.
Ngā mahi | Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate pathway programmes (STAR, Gateway, Trades Academy)
• Manage stakeholder meetings, logistics, and programme delivery
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and kura
• Monitor, analyse, and report on pathway engagement data
• Support teaching teams to enable positive learner transitions

• Experience in coordination or administration roles
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Confidence working with data, reporting, and systems
• Understanding of equity and inclusive practice
• Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and Māori success
