We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional desktop support, audio-visual (AV) support, and installation services. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and enhancing the user experience across the organisation. 

The appointing salary for this role will be between $69,683 and $81,980, dependent on skills and experience.

The IT Support Analyst is based in our Toi Ohomai | Te Pūkenga at either our Tauranga or Rotorua campus reporting to the Customer Engagement Manager and will be responsible for: 

· IT Support to Academic and Administration Teams

· Audio Visual and Video Conferencing Support

· IT Service Delivery Administration

· Desktop Imaging and Deployment

To be successful in this role you will have:

· Diploma in Business Computing or similar tertiary computing qualification 

· Clean drivers’ licence 

· Windows 10/11 or similar experience

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Experience providing technical support in medium to large IT environment
