Toi Ohomai Institute of Technology is seeking a strategic and values-driven Head of Facilities to lead the delivery of safe, sustainable, and future-ready environments across our campuses. This is a unique opportunity to shape the infrastructure that supports high-quality teaching, learning, and community engagement.
As Head of Facilities, you will oversee capital works, asset lifecycle management, compliance, and space optimisation. You’ll embed sustainability and resilience into infrastructure planning and operations, ensuring our facilities are responsive to the needs of ākonga (students), kaimahi (staff), and the wider community.
This senior leadership role is pivotal in delivering integrated, strategic facilities services that align with Toi Ohomai mission and long-term goals.
