About the Role
As a Graduate Fitness Instructor & Lifeguard, you will support the day-to-day operation of our fitness and aquatic facilities while helping create a positive experience for students, staff, members, and community users.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and support fitness programmes and exercise assessments
- Provide pool lifeguard supervision and support aquatic centre operations
- Deliver exceptional customer service and reception support
- Assist teaching staff with practical classes and student learning activities
- Support memberships, customer enquiries, and facility bookings
- Help maintain fitness and aquatic equipment and facilities
- Contribute to health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives
- Assist with events, orientations, and activities that enhance the student experience
- Support with reception when needed
