Mō Tēnei Tūranga Mahi | About the Role

We are looking for an experienced receptionist to be a customer service agent for our front of house reception at Rotorua Thermal Holiday Park. 

This is a permanent part time position. The days of work are Wednesday to Saturday from 8:00am to 4:30pm (32 Hours per week). There may be the opportunity to do more hours to cover kaimahi (staff) absence so flexibility is important.

You will deliver a range of front-line reception services ensuring all enquiries, bookings, reservations and face-to-face interactions with customers are carried out efficiently.

Experience with or the ability to quickly master booking systems is key to this role, knowledge of Seekom would be advantageous.
