Mō Tēnei Tūranga Mahi | About the Role

We are looking for an Academic Staff Member Beauty Therapy to join our Faculty of Business, Design and Service Industries. This role involves teaching on our Beauty Therapy Programmes. Travel may be required between campuses within the region.

Key responsibilities for the role are:

· delivery of beauty programmes

· providing leadership in student management

· developing, planning & implementing student assessment, courses and resource material

· monitoring student progress had results and providing timely and accurate advice and support as required

· planning and timetabling for the programme well as assisting recruitment

· managing the training salon

· actively promoting and applying Toi Ohomai Institute of Technology H & S policies

The appointing salary for this role will be between $64,170 up to $69,716, dependent on skills and experience.

He kōrero mōu| About you

To be successful in this role you will have:

· National qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent

· A minimum of seven years industry experience

· In depth experience and knowledge of the Beauty Therapy industry

· Good computer literacy skills
