 Position Title: Academic Services Administrator

Location: Rotorua or Tauranga

Team: Ākonga Success

Position Type: Permanent, full time, 2.0FTE available

Remuneration: $59,700 - $74,626 (Fixed remuneration excluding Kiwisaver)

Join our Ākonga Services and Administration team to deliver high-quality academic programme administration. You’ll manage curriculum setup, academic results, and data integrity to ensure compliance and support exceptional student experiences.

We work collaboratively across schools and with external stakeholders to provide accurate, timely, and effective academic services that enhance ākonga success and institutional performance.

Ngā mahi | Key Responsibilities

• Configure curriculum data accurately and on time 

• Maintain integrity of student academic records 

• Lead data audits and ensure Single Data Return compliance 

• Provide guidance on academic policies and processes 

• Identify and implement process improvements

He kōrero mōu | About You

You bring:

• Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in administration 

• Proven experience in academic or data administration 

• Strong attention to detail and compliance focus 

• Ability to build collaborative relationships 

• Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and equity principles
